Would it be so strange? I have recently become restless, speaking with a cruel tongue about those who hold our leash. I have few ties in this world... to cut my leash would go unnoticed, I would think.

[ How strange, accepting a fate that has yet to be decided. But One thinks it best to share, should the worse come to be. ]

It's not surprising you would speak with cruelty, the rest is...mildly so.

[Caren would notice One was gone. Alice would, she thinks, but others? It is difficult to say, with noiser people around them, and heroes vanishing in silence all the time.]

[ Clucking her tongue, One's gaze returned to the books she had given to Caren. She did not mean for this to have any form of sentiment where there needn't be any. So it was easy to return to business. ]

What notes I've made in those books most likely will have no impact on you. It was simply personal research from my first few weeks here.

[ She did have to protect herself, had to protect what she was and who she was. The only person who knew the truth about her being, the flower... they were long gone. Little more than a memory. ]
